    Thermal pre-rinse

    Hot water at 140°F or higher melts away soils and loose debris.

    Targeted foaming

    A food-safe alkaline degreaser or acid descaler foams on to break down proteins and starches.

  3. 3

    High-pressure extraction

    A high-pressure hot-water rinse carries away the chemicals and loosened soil.

  4. 4

    Sanitizer mist

    A final sanitizer mist (quats or PAA, ppm-tested) is applied and left to air-dry.
